Aspect Home Builders, as a name, first took shape in the Spring of 2013 with a prestigious infill home in the Nutana area of Saskatoon as a pilot project. However, the people and history that make up who Aspect is have been around for over 20 years. We are the residential division of commercial contractor, Con-Tech General Contractors Ltd. 

Con-Tech first opened in 1995 as a humble, single handy-man, show. Since that time it has grown to be one of the larger and well known commercial construction companies in Saskatoon, specializing in design-build, pre-engineered steel buildings, and concrete work. We now have approximately 90 employees and have completed countless projects throughout the Prairie provinces. In 2013, Aspect was opened because a hole was seen in the residential marketplace. This was during Saskatoon's housing "boom" where everybody and their dog seemed to be building homes. Unfortunately this led to a lack of creativity, passion, and quality in a large number of new builds. Our goal has always been to create homes that are architecturally distinguished. with an immense attention to detail, commercial quality, and high end design work. We value integrity, honesty, commitment to excellence, family, team and relationships. These principles are above all else for us, and flow top-down through our company, applying to all decisions and actions.
